REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read this Refund and Exchange Policy (the “Terms of Refund and Exchange”) carefully before using and ordering items (as defined below) from the Hayy Cinema     Website (“Website     ”) located at the domain and URL https://www.hayycinema.org/      (the “Application     for Arts Company Limited“Art Jameel”) a company incorporated and registered in Jeddah      commercial registration number 4030356421      and whose registered address is 23452 Prince Majed, Al Safa, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.    

  1. These Terms of Refund and Exchange govern the terms and conditions applicable to the tickets      purchased via the Application (collectively referred to hereinafter as the “items”) to a user having placed an order via the Application (hereinafter referred to as a “Customer”).
  2. Movie tickets sold online for Hayy Cinema are non-refundable and non-returnable. Refunds or complimentary tickets will not be issued for incorrect selection of movies, showtimes, dates, ratings. Please review your booking summary carefully and double check that the session and ticket information is correct, before proceeding to checkout. By completing your transaction and by clicking on the Purchase Now button, you agree to accept this policy.
  3. In special circumstances where refunds will be made by  Art Jameel due to cancelled showtimes, unexpected closure of the property, and or other circumstance where Art Jameel is unable to fulfil the screening as indicated on the Customer’s purchased ticket, refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment of the purchased ticket.
  4. Amendments to this Refund and Exchange Policy will be posted to the Website and will be immediately effective when posted.  We may update this Refund and Exchange Policy at any time, with or without advance notice.  Your continued use of the Application following the posting of any amendment, modification, or change shall constitute your acceptance of the amendment. 
  5. These Terms of Refund and Exchange shall be governed and construed by the laws of Saudi Arabia and any dispute relating to the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia     .
